I went out just now to get some food items (instant noodles, cup noodles, milk tea and cookies) and lo and behold!

I bump into a good friend whom I haven't seen since I left secondary school in 2003:)

Yup, that's right. The last time I saw her, I wasn't even 16 and it was 5 years ago.

We used to go home together in Secondary 1 and 2 since we were classmates and we both lived in the extreme east and needed to take the train to the same stop. When we were sent to different classes in Secondary 3 and 4, we continued taking the train home together. Whoever finished classes earlier would walk over to the other person's class and wait for her. Ahh... good times. It was such a pity when we went to different junior colleges after graduating from secondary school and from then now, I never saw her again, till today.

In of all places, NTUC (National Trade Union Congresss) Fairprice (which is in reality, a supermarket chain). And in which section did I bump into her?

The instant noodles/cup noodles section.

Lol. I think it says quite a bit about the girls we are.
