1) The Malaysia Mega Sale reportedly starts on 5 July and lasts till September. Well the ads only started coming out sometime this week and serendipity has it that a couple of weeks back, my family booked a weekend getaway to Kuala Lumpur (that's the capital of Malaysia for you) starting on the 5th and ending on the 7th. Nice timing.

2) And on not-so-pleasant timing, I was going home after work on Tuesday when I decided to get myself a cup of honey milk tea at the interchange while waiting for the bus, just as I was next in line, the bus pulls into the berth. As if abandoning my quest for honey milk tea wasn't bad enough, the guy in front of me in the queue proceeds to board the exact same bus I'm on after getting his beverage, choosing a seat next to mine, all the while brandishing his beverage, which lo and behold, happened to be HONEY MILK TEA(with jelly added into it, which I would never do). *makes a disgusted face*

3) My brother now leeches off while working at my mum's office for the next month or so, and my mum being the boss' secretary gets extra nice treatment. So my brother, by extension of being my mum's son, gets extra nice treatment too. Meaning he dines at fancy places, eats good food while I get... nothing. I mean I'm quasi working too, and I get NOTHING. I won't make that an issue but the thing that is an issue is that just yesterday, it seems like the whole world decided to dine at Botak Jones and then decided to come home and rub it in my face. Absolutely fan-freaking-tastically DISGUSTING. My mum, the evil brother and the yet-eviler boyfriend. BLEURGH. I swear it's a conspiracy.
