Orchard Christmas Light Up
I went out and I saw the Christmas lights!!! Ok, that was my main highlight of yesterday. And did I ever mention that I LOVED IT?

In the day, I went out with my mum for lunch, then walked around, looking at clothes, commenting how horrid some of the clothes looked like (both of us) and how much ironing they needed (my mum). Needless to say, we bought nothing. Then we started looking at jewellery (yes, trust women to look at anything that sparkles at them). In the end, we bought this set of jewellery; pearl pendant, pearl earrings and pearl rings. Nice, I say. Not too pricey too.

Anyway, at night, we (YOU and I) went to the Orchard area. Hahaha, the nightmare that is Friday nights. Jams abound, parking space scarce. Sakae Sushi was packed and a line had formed outside it so we ended up at Billy Bombers. Their banana shake is nice =). So is their cheese fries. But thanks to YOU, I grew fatter =( I need a diet.

After that, we took a walk down Orchard Road. It was nothing short of a nightmare, weaving through people, some of whom walked as if they just had a hip replacement operation and was walking slower than a snail (although given the advances in medicine, such people could actually be running?), others walking in the opposite direction seemed to want to walk straight into people. Nevertheless, I enjoyed looking at the lights, this being my first time looking at the Christmas light-up in Orchard Road. Centrepoint looked cute, with all the M&M characters. I like the tree outside the Paragon. Tangs looked grand and the true in Ngee Ann City was really, really beautiful (look out for the picture!).

Yup, those were the highlights of my walk (regarding what I saw). Although yesterday for the first time, I walked into Borders. Lol. Ok will stop to post the picture. Cya

Location: Singapore, Singapore, Singapore

I'm a 3rd year student in what is probably the largest autonomous university in Singapore majoring in a Science-related subject (well it sorta IS SCIENCE). I'm known to be introverted, sarcastic (at times), funny when I rant (which isn't a good thing lol) and somewhat of a loner. I miss LA and would move there in a heartbeat :(
