I have 2 dogs living at home, needless to say, I do not tolerate cruelty towards animals.

In my building, somewhere in one of the apartments, lives an animal abuser, but I don't know which apartment it is. Every night or so, I hear the chilling yelps and cries of a dog. I have no doubt in my mind that the poor dog is being beaten and I don't have room in my conscience for anyone who has the heart to beat a defenseless creature such as a dog (relatively speaking).

If only I knew where the yelps and cries are coming from, if only I knew, I could call the SPCA. Till then, I hope the guy who's abusing the dog gets haunted with nightmares every night and his testicles drop off.
