To the person who posted a comment late last night, thanks =) It's nice to know that someone actually finds my blog cool. Although deep down inside, it is pretty obvious that i can never compete with all the well-established bloggers like Mr Brown, Miyagi, but it is nice to have a perfect stranger post such a nice comment. So, thank you =)
Onto my pathetic day, lol. Today's RDE was crap, it was the most difficult one ever. I'm not expecting to pass. Anyhow, on the way home, i was talking to a classmate, with whom i did my pre-prelim calculations and ascertained that anyone who starts his/her prelim revision after National Day is almost as good as nuts. We were talking about how slow the school is, how the tutors are struggling to finish the syllabi, until he commented on how slow we were in econs. Then, it hit me, we're not slow for our lectures, it's just that we're crawling along in our tutorials, and its not just because we have a tutor who likes being thorough, it's mainly because the girls in the class really love distracting our easily-distracted tutor. If they stopped doing that, we'd probably be one or two topics ahead.
Class photo taking tomorrow, what a waste of time. Why make us wait over 3 hours to get a miserable photo taken? I'm still not over this, so excuse me while i harp over it.
Next week, another crazy week, Monday: Econs MCQ and DRQ test Tuesday: Chemical Bonding test Wednesday: GP Exam (mock), Electrochemistry test Thursday : Bio RDE and MCQ tests Friday : Bio Essay Test
Someone please tell the school there is a fine line between driving students to work hard and driving them up the wall. In this case, it'd be the latter. Why are Singapore schools, especially the junior colleges, so intent on making sure every kid 18 and below has to go on Prozac?
Haha, oh yesterday, william was FINALLY enlightened! Hahaha, he finally agreed that emigrating overseas is good ;) and is a better option than staying in Singapore. Took you long enough. Oh yea, share your reasons with me some day? Ok?
I've been a bad girl... just now, my GP tutor, aka the DM, asked me to see him, and i didnt, on purpose. =P Going to his lessons can be such a bore.
Gotta go now, have to go wash me own clothes the old-fashioned way. The way i live resembles a life without a washing machine lol. Then it's off to do some homework (although i can't think of any ) and then study =(
I'm a 3rd year student in what is probably the largest autonomous university in Singapore majoring in a Science-related subject (well it sorta IS SCIENCE). I'm known to be introverted, sarcastic (at times), funny when I rant (which isn't a good thing lol) and somewhat of a loner. I miss LA and would move there in a heartbeat :(
