My eyelids are heavy
Yup, the title says it all, I am sleepy.

Just finished the Bio MCQs (FINALLY!!!) and I checked the answers. I get soooo fed up when I see them asking questions that TJ doesn't even bother to teach us about. At least I now know the Binomial System of Nomenclature.

Yes, Google helped TREMENDOUSLY. Lol. Read the current issue of Newsweek, well.. the main article at least. Interesting research about babies (and a damn cute baby girl with intense and innocent blue eyes that you could get lost in to boot). Turns out babies are a whole lot smarter and more complex than we think they are. Don't get what I mean? Go dig out the article and read it heh, I'm way too sleepy to attempt a summary now.

I haven't done a whole lot of work, and that disappoints me, 3 chapters of bio mcqs ain't enough. Argh, maybe I'll go do math later (tutorial, not revision lol).

Anyway, I caught Bewitched yesterday. I grew up watching the show, only because we were stuck at Carlin's place every weekday afternoon and he watched the show, so I ended up watching the show (I remember his place had a surround system, back in the 1990s, to have a surround system right smack in your living room was HUGE for me lol, I never saw one until I went to his place). I wonder how that bugger is doing, he should be out of NS by now lol...still see his parents in Changi Village (btw, both families moved out of the Tampines area in 1996, mine first, then he changed his number and went AWOL since then).

Anyhow, the show was kinda disappointing, it kinda made use of the tv sitcom's name and then devised another plot of its own. It was expected, but still... oh well. But there were a few laugh-worthy moments, especially the time when Isabel played a few tricks on Jack and he comes out sputtering over-dramatic English, followed by French, and then what I think to be Russian before gibberish comes out. Roflol. Yup, I was in stitches, so was half the cinema (which didn't amount to a lot of people). I dreaded the rewinds... but they weren't that bad, just not very enjoyable. Well, I can do that nose-wriggling thing, well..somewhat.. and I sure am hell NOT going to do a demonstration lol. Isabel comes out as..too bimbotic.. and idealistic.. and kinda dumb to boot lol. She finds Jack sweating charming...kinda makes you wonder why. Lol, was she that desperate for a guy to be paying attentiont to her, since Jack was the first guy to do so? That, we'll never know. Will Ferrel came out ok I guess, since he was supposed to play an actor that's well, bad at acting. Lol. Nicole Kidman's character was under-developed. And the rest of the characters were there to be flower vases..... though I do enjoy the words spoken by the female assistant, I guess she's a little like me, albeit a more genteel form lol.

On the whole, I'd say watch the show for some mindless entertainment, and nothing more. Lol. I should stop, homework calls.

I'm a 3rd year student in what is probably the largest autonomous university in Singapore majoring in a Science-related subject (well it sorta IS SCIENCE). I'm known to be introverted, sarcastic (at times), funny when I rant (which isn't a good thing lol) and somewhat of a loner. I miss LA and would move there in a heartbeat :(
