Why does my mum know more about the going ons of my boyfriend than I do?!?!?!?!

She knows that he has a wedding dinner to attend tomorrow (all I know is that he has a dinner tomorrow), she knows that he has a wedding ceremony to attend next week (I knew zilch about it till she told me).

He might as well date her (that's a repulsive thought...eww...)

SO much for boyfriends. He might as well be her son and I her future daughter-in-law (not that we're engaged but I'm just using a figure of speech).

And the said ceremony next week, according to my mum, again, his friend is supposedly inviting me, and I obviously don't know. As of now, I am officially in the dark, and unofficially in the know. I should feign ignorance, go get something planned for next weekend since he didn't tell me, but that's being very childish and I am at best, mildly childish (though I like to think of myself as mature but let's keep it real, shall we?)

Like I said, so much for boyfriends. Grrr....

P.S. By the way, yesterday's interview sucked. It went ok, the question and answer portion of it, it only got sucky at the end when the interviewer told us that freshmen were at the bottom of the ladder for spots in the programme. If so, they could have at least mentioned it to us during the briefing so we wouldn't waste our time going down and interviewing for it. If I don't get it, it would have been such an unnecessary waste of my time.

P.P.S the field trip to the beach got icky, 'cause the seabed was muddy and we were made to wade in with our sports shoes on (since the coordinators were anal about safety). We got ourselves stuck in the sea, waist deep in water and got sand in our shoes and socks. It rained cats and dogs and on my way home, I slipped on a metal drain cover and landed in an unglamorous fashion on my fat butt, all the while propping a brolly. My hip is aching from the fall, last night my butt and legs ached. Different parts of my body are taking turns to ache.
