I know I haven't blogged in a few days but nothing eventful's going on in my life right now other than my dad's on and off thoughts about retiring now (which he can't afford).

I started setting aside the things I'll be bringing over to LA, what a headache. But I'm about two thirds through, I just need to bring a couple of things out before I can put them into the luggage. I'm not new to packing, but I don't claim to be some pro as well. But packing for 6 weeks is challenging!!!! It's different as opposed to studying overseas for all 3-4 years because you can always get lots of the stuff you need over there and leave it there, but for a 6 week exchange, you bring EVERYTHING you need and you bring EVERYTHING back. Half the time I'm packing, I'm hoping I don't exceed 20kg.

Meanwhile, tomorrow, just for the sake of collecting a cert, I have to specially make a trip to the university(which is 2 hours away).
