I was supposed to say this last night but didn't, so I'll say it now.

I AM NOW OFFICIALLY UNEMPLOYED (NOT GAINFULLY EMPLOYED!)

My stint finally ended and I no longer have to face the 2 old fogeys with whom I really had this insatiable urge to smack their respective faces with rotting seafood. WHEEE!

All I have to do is commit myself twice a week to 'tutor' my cousin. No problemo.

I'm waiting for my pay to go in (and then it'll start coming back out thanks to the Great Singapore Sale which is now on). Lol.

I actually don't have anything else to say. Nothing newsworthy other than my wanting to apply for a debit card because our national electronic mode of payment (dubbed NETS, I can't remember what it stands for) is going to charge shops for accepting it as a mode of paying (well to be precise, it's going to up its fee, not start charging) and if the charge is comparable to that if I were to pay using a debit card, I might as well use a debit card because debit cards confer discounts!

And then there the downer; my bank account is thumb print operated. It needs to be signature operated for me to get the debit card. There's a significant bit of inertia in me going down to the bank to change it to a signature operated account. And even if it were signature operated, it could take them as long as 2 weeks to process, approve and issue me the card, by that time, I wouldn't even be in the country, not for the next 6 weeks!

Anyone who wants to meet up with me, I'll be extremely free for the next 2 weeks!!! ONLY for the next 2 weeks, ok? Lol. And I'm not overly eager to go out too, I'm just bored at home.
