She's out of surgery now, we saw her earlier on in the afternoon. The good news is, she is looking a little better, no longer shivering or in pain (could be the painkillers though). Extremely groggy from the anaesthesia. But the good thing is the infected uterus is out, we're now hoping the kidney problem goes away and that she recovers with no complications. If all goes well, we should be able to bring her home in 2 days. She's not out of the woods yet but for now, I'm a lot more relieved knowing the primary problem has been taken care of. Meanwhile, I'm hoping for the best. She's a fighter, I know it, so I know she's not going to give up that easily. |
