It seems it's become somewhat of a mandatory thing for me to have one abnormal day a week. Today, while on my way from after classes, as I was walking from the train station to the bus terminal to catch a bus home, I noticed that there was an elderly lady who was squatting next to a tree. Upon closer look, I realised that she was bottomless (she was wearing a dress which she hitched up) and was answering the call of nature in broad daylight in front of hundreds of people. Now I've seen kids do this plenty of times, usually watched over by their parents but this is a first for me! A possibly 60+ year old woman doing that in broad daylight!
I am forever mentally scarred.
And onto other things, I did end up going to the doctor's today after the symptoms became unbearable (non-stop dripping from my nose which would then alternate with a blocked nose for a while and then resume). He charged me $30, which is a whole lot cheaper than what he used to charge. Phew. Now, I only need to get better, but I can feel his meds kicking in already, after 1 dose. Fantastic.
