I'm beat. Mopped my room twice after the painting was done. Wiped my table/desk tops. Washed the toilet (twice). Put on the bed sheets. Curtains won't go up till tomorrow. Files and books + notes will come in tomorrow as well.
I thought having the connection fixed would entertain me more,well I am more entertained since I can now listen to some music (Robbie Williams rocks) but so few people are online I am actually quite bored. Law& Order is on in 30mins and I don't wanna miss it. So I won't be playing the SIMS2 till after it.
It's the time of the year, where I get the "the December school holidays are ending and I have to go back to school next week" feeling. Except, I DON'T have to go back to school because I don't have school!But the feeling is nonetheless dreadful. Of course, it marks going back to work for YOU and marks going to look for a job actively for me (and probably Elaine hahaha).
I missed a tuition assignment because of my lack of connection=( Never mind, I'd like to scout around for a job first. Maybe the tuition thing can wait. But isn't tutoring a job? By job, I really mean 9-to-5 office work that gives me a stable income.
I like my room now, the colour is dark when you first look at it, but the more time you spend in it, the more it grows on you. Plus, in the day, it looks rather gorgeous. I have a feeling when the curtains go up, it will be even better =) Now it looks rather incomplete. If only I could really decorate the room, but my parents don't quite fancy the whole drilling holes into walls or hanging stuff on wall thing. Would love to replace the white lights with orange ones. Kinda like the table lamps I have now (when YOU asked me whether I like lamps, I didn't give a definite answer 'cause I was quite neutral then, now I realise I actually like them quite a lot!). Charmaine, it really looks quite a lot like your prom gown's colour!And I know, I still owe you the 5 weird/random stuff about me thing, but I'm still thinking what they are! Will try to do it before 2006, ok? =P
My home looks like some kiddy palace now. The living room is a hue of bright yellow, the dining+kitchen+court yard +walkway a neon-ish green, the study orange, the slob's room blue, and my parent's ..... beige? The yellow and green in the communal areas are....unique. Not used to it. Seeing such striking colours at home.
I'm a 3rd year student in what is probably the largest autonomous university in Singapore majoring in a Science-related subject (well it sorta IS SCIENCE). I'm known to be introverted, sarcastic (at times), funny when I rant (which isn't a good thing lol) and somewhat of a loner. I miss LA and would move there in a heartbeat :(
