Marley And Me!
I tried using the Kinokuniya Singapore website to search if they have the book Marley and Me in stock. Alas, the site just wouldn't cooperate with me. So now, I'm left feeling miffed that I don't even know if any bookstore in the whole of Singapore has that book, because the websites for local bookstores are either down, non-existent or shows me the door to amazon.com. Not that I have anything against amazon. I bet if I were a working adult living in the US, with Internet access and my own credit card, I'd love Amazon. But I'm not. I am working, but not an adult, I live in Singapore (separated from the US by the Pacific Ocean), I have Internet access but no credit card. The best I have is my ATM card, which keeps me relatively happy most of the time, though I try my best not to use it.

My mother, on the other hand, keeps going online to order her horoscope books. Now if only I could psych her into placing an order for Marley And Me...*plots*

I've been toying around with the idea of really cutting my hair for MONTHS now and it still seems I am nowhere close to actually getting down to it. I am wary, because I have had short hair before and I looked horrible with it and people who've known me since primary school seem to think I look better with my current hair length. Damn. If I had a scanner, I'd show you the proof, but I don't.

Played 3 hours of the SIMS 2 this morning. And I got one sim into her 2nd semester in Junior Year and the other into her 1st sem in Junior Year (they're sisters). I managed to get one of the secret society members to live with them, to facilitate my plan to get both sisters into the secret society. I am just one secret society member short of pushing both sisters into the secret society. Started reading the book New Ideas From Dead Economists too. I bought the book almost a year ago when I started my Economics Special Paper classes. And for the classes, I was required to read and summarise 3 of the chapters, hence the rest of the book is untouched, so I thought, 'why not read the entire book once and for all'. One chapter a day will do, I think. And so the book should last me 2 weeks.

I didn't get another 'A' level results related nightmare last night. I am glad to say that. One nightmare is enough to last me 4 days.

Ok I will go back and try to push both sisters into their final year of uni. Maybe even get the elder one to graduate. =) Will talk soon.

Location: Singapore, Singapore, Singapore

I'm a 3rd year student in what is probably the largest autonomous university in Singapore majoring in a Science-related subject (well it sorta IS SCIENCE). I'm known to be introverted, sarcastic (at times), funny when I rant (which isn't a good thing lol) and somewhat of a loner. I miss LA and would move there in a heartbeat :(
