An upclose look of one of the muffins (you count several others in the background). Some of them are a little 'dented' in the centre from my prodding (more of POKING) using a fork during the baking because the microwave oven was supposed to finish baking them in 10mins (approx) and I only yanked them out of the microwave in about 20-25mins as erm... the mixture was still oozing out after 10mins. Is it nice? I hope so, now to hope they don't SINK like the first batch after cooling. If not, I am going to need to bury my head in sand. EEPS.
Did I mention that SOME of them have lost bits of their bottoms? Yes, I was overzealous in getting the paper cups off the muffins that as I was removing the base of the paper cups (considerably thicker than the sides), the base took with it a portion of the muffin. It didn't remove a HUGE chunk of muffin though, thankfully. Now to convince the family members I have a death wish and have added rat poison to the muffins. Hmmm....
I'm a 3rd year student in what is probably the largest autonomous university in Singapore majoring in a Science-related subject (well it sorta IS SCIENCE). I'm known to be introverted, sarcastic (at times), funny when I rant (which isn't a good thing lol) and somewhat of a loner. I miss LA and would move there in a heartbeat :(
