Today's Biochemistry CA was like crap. Everyone studied their butts off for fatty acid degradation (because the lecturer so explicitly hinted that it was going to come out), only to have PCR and phopholipase A2 come out. PCR.. crap.. I don't even know if the primers has to be split into 2 since only the centre portion of the gene is required and you have to stop the amplification somewhere....Phospholipase A2 was hardly covered in the notes and we're supposed to explain how the freaking thing works. Now I realise I cleaved the fatty acid from the wrong carbon! I'm so screwed. =(

2 mistakes from the multiple choice questions, one 5 mark question completely wrong. 7 marks gone.. I need 2 marks from my remaining question (out of 5) to pass. Seriously.. hardly possible.
