Babble II
Yesterday morning before school, A starting asking everyone seated at the table if they were going for Grad Night. Haha, needless to say, most of us said NO. Then she goes on and keeps asking why... I was sooo tempted to say "because YOU're going". Call me evil=P

S seems to think that A is sooo enthusiastic about getting people to go so that we can all look at her and she can be the centre of attention, whatever the case, I'm not going as long as I have to share the table with her. Lol. Despite the whole string of reasons (some of which sounded plain weird) A quoted, I still don't wanna go due to that ONE reason of mine. Haha, yes, I am stubborn, shoot me for it =P

It's horrifying how superficial this class can get. I've heard of instances where people who don't like each other hang out and laugh together. Kinda makes you wonder what goes on when the other party turns their back. Kinda makes you wonder if you're in that situation yourself. *shrugs* For me, I prefer to be cordial with those I dislike, but would draw the line at that. I would never act chummy with them, it makes me sick if I have to do that.

You're never going to be everyone's friend, and that's something I've come to accept. You're never going to please everyone (heck, I can't even please my own parents lol). So why do you pretend to adore someone when you don't? Drop the pretense. It's sad how people change from the straight-talking person who didn't give a hoot about what you thought but would give it to you in primary school, to the person who hides everything from you, pretends to be your best friend only to stab you in the back once you're not looking. It seems the older we get, the more superficial we become. Ideally, shouldn't it be the other way around?

Ok.. gonna leave this hanging in the air... time to get started on work lol.

Name:
Location: Singapore, Singapore, Singapore

I'm a 3rd year student in what is probably the largest autonomous university in Singapore majoring in a Science-related subject (well it sorta IS SCIENCE). I'm known to be introverted, sarcastic (at times), funny when I rant (which isn't a good thing lol) and somewhat of a loner. I miss LA and would move there in a heartbeat :(
