I am so glad I made up for the poor showing for biochemistry on Wednesday night with a decent one today for General Physiology. The test was extremely manageable but I lost a mark anyway due to my carelessness. I failed to spot one key word; heat. Yes, delta H is not the change in heat, it is the change in heat CONTENT. I was careless enough to miss that out, which resulted in me getting 19/20 instead of 20/20! But all's well, I feel so much better now as compared to how I did on Wednesday and Thursday. If I knew the test was going to be so manageable, I would have had an early night last night instead of sleeping at 1.30am!!! Time now for more molecular genetics. I like molecular genetics, I just don't like the tests, for which I have an Open Book, Open Discussion CA this coming Tuesday. I'm reading through my Genetics Textbook now. I like reading about it, like I said, I just don't like being tested. I think that applies to lots of people, kind of like back in junior college, I adored economics, I just abhorred the tests an examinations. Lol. I miss junior college, especially my junior college teachers, they were so much nicer than the lecturers in university. On the bright side, I'm enjoying physiology lectures. I have a humorous lecturer, it helps a lot.
Democrats just won themselves a huge electoral victory. Yay =) I know I'm a little slow... yes, I know... Go Democrats (my apologies to any Republican supporters out there). I think the main reason why I'm behind the Democrats would be because I don't like Bush. Lol. And why is a Singaporean more interested in America politics than Singapore politics? Primarily because things are so much more interesting and colourful there. Politics in Singapore is dull, not to mention we have elitist MPs(Members of Parliament).
Right, back to the textbook. =)Labels: School |
